SHIPPING: For custom orders, we ship free of charge throughout Brazil. However, in cases of customs fees, we will cover 50% of the fee upon receipt of proof of payment of the invoice sent via WhatsApp by the customer.
DELIVERY TIME: The delivery time for our products is 2 to 4 weeks after shipment.
PRODUCT SHIPPING: The product is shipped from our factory 2 to 7 business days after purchase confirmation on our website.
TRACKING: We will send you a photo and tracking code for the product within 7 days of purchase. You signed up both on WhatsApp and via the email you registered at the time of purchase.
DELIVERY PARTNERS: Delivery is carried out via the postal service, ensuring that your order arrives safely at the address you provided at the time of purchase.
